What is Hy-Alerta?

Hy-Alerta is a family of solid-state, hydrogen-specific area monitors designed for fixed installation in zones where hydrogen presence must be continuously monitored. Built on patented sensor technology, Hy-Alerta delivers real-time gas detection with no cross-sensitivity, no calibration drift, and no carrier gas required.

✅ Available in general purpose, intrinsically safe, and explosion-proof models

✅ Certified to international safety standards (ATEX, IECEx, CE, UL, CSA)

Why Choose Hy-Alerta?

✅ Hydrogen-Specific Accuracy

Hy-Alerta sensors are only responsive to hydrogen – not oxygen, methane, or other gases – which eliminates false alarms and ensures fast, accurate action in case of leakage.

✅ Real-Time Safety

With a response time of just a few seconds, Hy-Alerta allows operators to react before gas concentrations reach critical levels.

✅ Maintenance-Free Operation

The latest models, such as the Hy-Alerta 5000 series, feature auto-calibration technology – eliminating the need for routine field calibration. This drastically reduces downtime and maintenance cost.

✅ Flexible Installation

Available for:

  • ATEX Zone 1/2 hazardous areas
  • Indoor and outdoor industrial settings
  • Battery energy storage systems (BESS)
  • Hydrogen refueling stations
  • Gas compressor rooms and filling facilities

Each model supports analog output (4–20 mA) and digital protocols (Modbus RTU), enabling seamless integration with SCADA, DCS or building management systems.
