Teledyne Analytical Instruments
O2 Analysers
Teledyne supplies a range of O2 analysers.
Depending on your needs, we can build the analysers into industrial cabinets and mount them with gas filters, gas cooler, humidity monitor, condensate pump and sample pump, in order that the analysers measure on dry and particle-free sample gas.
The system can be delivered for zone 1 and zone 2 areas.
Chlorine Sensors (RC67 / RC68 Series)
Using proven amperometric technology, Van London’s free and total chlorine sensors deliver continuous, real-time monitoring for disinfection and process control.
Their proprietary internal fill gel ensures long-term signal stability and reduces calibration frequency — even in colored or contaminated water samples.
- Range: 0–2, 0–5, 0–10, or 0–20 ppm
- Accuracy: ±0.01 ppm resolution
- Outputs: 4–20 mA / 0–5 V analog or RS485 Modbus
- Temperature range: 0–50 °C; pH range: 6–9
- Flow: 30–60 L/h (for accurate sample control)
- Typical applications: drinking water, wastewater, cooling systems, swimming pools, and industrial effluent
These sensors are designed for integration with AlpHa Flow Cells and standard 1” O-ring seals, allowing easy installation in control panels or sub-systems.
Optical Dissolved Oxygen Sensors (ODO Series)
For dissolved oxygen measurement, Van London’s ODO sensors use luminescent quenching technology — eliminating the need for electrolyte filling or membrane cleaning. The optical method provides fast, stable readings with minimal maintenance and no warm-up time.
Key benefits:
- Measurement range: 0–20 mg/L (0–200% saturation)
- Accuracy: ±0.1 mg/L
- Output: RS485 / Modbus, 4–20 mA, 0–5 V
- Onboard temperature and pressure compensation
- Compact, corrosion-resistant design for lab, process, and field use
Both handheld and process configurations are available, supporting everything from on-site sampling to continuous process monitoring.
Designed for Your Applications
Process & Chemical Industries
Monitor reactions and neutralization processes where pH and ORP control is critical for product quality and safety. Van London’s chemically resistant electrodes withstand acids, bases, and solvents.
