Proven Zirconium Oxide Technology for Industrial Processes

OXITEC® 5000 uses a zirconium oxide sensor to measure oxygen concentrations in hot process gases. This technology is widely used in combustion monitoring due to its high accuracy, fast response time, and reliability in demanding environments.

The probe is designed for installation directly in the flue gas duct or furnace and can withstand high temperatures. Depending on the probe configuration, the system can operate in process gas temperatures up to 600 °C, or up to 1400 °C when equipped with a cooling protection tube.

The analyzer provides stable oxygen measurement even in environments with dust, high temperatures, and fluctuating process conditions.
